Privacy
Your photos, your choice.
In short
- You give us a few photos, your measurements and a short quiz. We use them to suggest the cuts and styles that suit your body.
- We keep your photos with each result so you can see them later. Only you can see them.
- We delete your photos after one year, or straight away when you delete the result.
- We also use your photos and data to improve our suggestions. To stop this, tick "Don't use my photos and data to improve suggestions" on your dashboard, any time.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Your photos, measurements and quiz answers. Before we keep a photo, we remove hidden details your phone adds, such as your location.
- Your results, and our automatic checks of each answer.
- Your choice about letting us use your photos to improve suggestions.
- Technical logs: your IP address, the time of each request, and errors. We never write your photos or measurements to our logs.
How we use it
- To make your suggestions. Your photos, measurements and quiz answers are sent to an AI model run by Microsoft (Azure OpenAI), which suggests styles and checks the answer.
- To show you your results and photos, through private links that expire after 15 minutes.
- To improve our suggestions, unless you've asked us not to.
- To keep RosyImage working and safe.
Who else handles your data
- Google (Firebase): sign-in, your results, and your photos, stored in the US.
- Microsoft (Azure): the AI model, and the server that runs RosyImage, in the US.
- Hostinger: hosts the rosyimage.com website.
How long we keep it
- Photos: one year, or until you delete the result.
- Results and answers: until you delete them.
- Our server's request logs (IP address and time): 14 days.
Your choices
- Delete any result on your dashboard. Its photos are deleted with it.
- Tick "Don't use my photos and data to improve suggestions" at any time.
- To delete your account and everything in it, contact us (below) and we'll do it.
Keeping it safe
Your photos are kept in a private store that browsers can't reach directly, and you can only reach your own results and photos. Everything travels over encrypted connections.
RosyImage is for adults.
If we change how we use your photos, we'll tell you on your dashboard first.
